Terms of Service for Sales and Commissions
---
Urvogel Arts reserves the right to deny any sale or service on any grounds, including but not limited to:
- Requested work being not safe for work, or outside of our comfort zone thematically.
- Requested work being illegal in nature
- Requested work featuring third party characters (IE, Disney, Pixar, Nintendo, ect.)
- Requested work that features hate-speech or violence toward minorities.
- Requested work being outside of our comfortable working grade. I'm… just not good at drawing cute things, ok?
No anti-lgbt or pro-nazi work will be made by Urvogel Arts. Ever.
In commissioning work from Urvogel Arts, you are purchasing the artist’s labor and any physical materials consumed in the production of the work only. All rights to commissioned work are retained by Urvogel Arts. Clients retain rights to any intellectual property submitted to Urvogel Arts as references for the commissioned work (e.g. character designs). However, in commissioning Urvogel Arts, clients agree to grant Urvogel Arts license to unlimited use and reproduction of such intellectual property contained in the commissioned work for the purposes of self-promotion. Urvogel Arts agrees upon receipt of full payment to grant the client one non-transferable license to reproduce images of the commissioned work with attribution to Urvogel Arts for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g. sharing on social media) unless specified otherwise in advance.
Morality clause: Urvogel Arts may refuse commissions from and revoke any and all licenses granted to clients at any time should the client engage in behavior that Urvogel Arts does not wish to be associated with. This includes, but is not limited to, sexually predatory behavior, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, acephobia, or other hate speech or vocal support for neo-Nazi, white supremacist, or other hateful organizations and movements. Upon notice of termination of a license, the client must immediately remove all copies of the work reproduced under the license. No refunds will be granted for completed commissions for which such licenses are terminated.

Urvogel Arts will refund or repair physical items which have been damaged in shipping, up to $50 in value, provided that the damage can be proven to have occurred during shipping. All shipments are insured where possible.
Goods than have been damaged within reasonable wear or use within one year of purchase can be returned for repair free of charge. Goods that have been damaged within reasonable wear or use outside of a year from initial purchase from Urvogel Arts can be returned for repairs with a nominal fee, however there is no guarantee that repair will be possible until the damage has been surveyed.
Goods that have been damaged through wear or use outside of reasonable wear or use will NOT be refunded.
Denim Satchels can always be sent back for repairs at no charge, however the owner must pay for initial return shipping.
Canvas Satchels can always be sent back for repairs at a small fee, depending on the damage to be repaired.
If the damage is bad enough to warrant a new bag being made, rather than a repair, the customer will receive a 50% discount on the new bag, and must choose between the old art being sewn onto the surface of the new bag (bearing in mind that no two stencil arts are truly identical), or a fully new replacement. Art which is no longer available or cannot be reproduced must be sewn onto a new bag.

Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon, no pieces made by Urvogel Arts may be resold for any reason, save for signed and numbered prints and originals.
